An idea that is coming to life, "An Event Project" is a monthly gathering of women of all ages and backgrounds, focusing on all things pretty, crafty and stylish. Founded by Jamie Bastidas and Jennifer Weigle to help promote other women in business all the while creating fun events for local women to enjoy. It is the hope that "An Event Project" will continue to grow and inspire other women to go out and become involved and participate in something fabulous!

With a passion for photography and all things crafty, it was a natural progression that led me to collaborate with Jamie in creating "An Event Project". My love of creating and helping others make their lives more beautiful, is what continues to drive me. I love dark chocolate, a cozy sweater and cup of tea, my husband and of course my adorable, funny and crazy daughter.

Aaah! I have an addiction to checklists and am driven by a schedule! So, I am constantly planning a party or assisting others! Throughout my planning, I find crafty, creative ideas to put to use and most times Jen is my go to person. We continually joked about making it a business, so, here we are! Entertaining people has been a passion for me and I want to add some spice to our small community. My amazing hubby encourages me to follow my dreams and my two sweet boys melt my heart every day! Coffee, Ellen DeGeneres or a horse ride will always make me smile!
